About me

My name is Alexander Mark. I am a wedding photographer based in Omaha, Nebraska. For me, photography isn’t just about capturing a moment — it’s about telling a living story, full of light, emotion, and life.

My journey with a camera began in childhood. My parents gave me my first camera when I was around six years old, and since then, photography has been a part of my life. I taught myself to develop film and print photos at home, and it was then that I realized I could freeze time with a single shot.

Later, I spent nearly two years living and photographing in Europe. There, I learned to see beauty in the everyday, to capture emotions, and to truly feel the moment. I photographed endlessly, experimented, and reshot until each image felt alive. I just wanted to learn how to tell love stories through my lens.

Today, I photograph weddings, proposals, family outings, and portraits.

I believe that every session should be enjoyable and effortless. We will spend a lot of time together, and I work to create an atmosphere where you feel relaxed, comfortable, and happy. I listen carefully to your ideas and suggestions, because the best photos happen when there aregenuine trust and connection in front of the camera

Although I am based in Omaha, I shoot throughout the Midwest and across the United States. I love traveling — I have driven from the West Coast to the East Coast, discovering incredible locations I would love to photograph. If you book a full wedding day, my travel to you is included at no extra cost.

I am well connected with photographers, videographers, and makeup artists across different states, so we can always assemble the perfect team for your wedding day.

I am married, have two children, and a small aquarium 🐠. Sometimes I photograph children and families in my home studio — over the years, I have learned how to capture genuine smiles and hold a child’s attention to get those truly authentic moments. My goal is to create images you willreturn to again, feeling the same warmth, excitement, and love as you did on your special day.
